Return Policy for Online Orders
- All returns will receive in store credit. No exceptions. Store credit is issued within 7 business days of the approved return arriving back to SimplyUS.
- To start the return process you MUST contact US within 3 days of receiving your merchandise via email megan.simplyus@gmail.com to get a return label. In the subject line please put RETURN with Order #. You are responsible for the shipping fee.
- Returns MUST be post marked within 7 (seven) days of the date you receive your shipment.
- Returns MUST be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy the invoice. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you.
**If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.** NO EXCEPTIONS
- Returns received without supporting documentation may be delayed in receiving store credit.
- All sale items and accessories are FINAL sales and will not be eligible for a return. No exceptions.
- Any items rejected for a return will require a re-shipping fee to get the merchandise returned to you. If we do not receive the re-shipping fee within 7 days we will NOT re-ship the item and it will be donated.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe you have received a damaged item we MUST be notified within 3 days. Please send a picture of item with tag attached and description of the damage to megan.simplyus@gmail.com and put in the subject line Defective or Damaged with your name and order number. You will get a response to your email with further instruction within 48 hours.
