US Postal Service Priority Shipping
We offer Flat Rate Priority Mail shipping for only $6.95 on all U.S. orders unless running a special shipping promotion. All Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 3-5 business days. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has been completed. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Free Local Pickup
We do offer free local pickup to our customers that live nearby. Please use the code FREEPICKUP when checking out and you will not be charged shipping. We will contact you within 48 hours to arrange for a pickup time and date. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays unless of a special circumstance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages of any kind regardless of the circumstance. Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re-shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense once contact is made.
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered or for packages that were delivered to the wrong address given to SimplyUS. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim and we will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
